Zen Rizzuto-Flancbaum is an associate at Torridon Law PLLC, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, high-stakes appellate matters, and strategic regulatory defense. He integrates an analytical fluency in corporate finance with sophisticated legal strategy to resolve intricate disputes for corporate clients and institutional entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Zen cultivated a diverse background in cross-border corporate compliance and judicial administration. He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ed Artau of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and was selected to pilot an elite international corporate summer residency in London and Rome for a prominent national law firm.
Zen earned his J.D., with a specialized concentration in business law, from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. His legal scholarship is published across prominent law reviews and was recognized with the Robert P. Garbarino Distinguished Service Award. Zen also founded two organizations focused on political philosophy and cultural heritage. Each were consecutively awarded the Karen Spence Memorial Student Organization Award of the Year. Zen received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the Villanova University School of Business, where he studied finance and competed as a four-year collegiate rower.
