Description: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all aspects of legal work, at a litigation and investigations boutique including managing e-discovery and document review; tracking filing deadlines and filing pleadings; cite-checking filings; organizing files; and maintaining case management systems. You should be highly dependable and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage discovery and document review projects
- File and manage legal documents with courts or other government agencies.
- Assist and supports attorneys with trial preparation and hearings.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient case management.
- Applies specialized legal terminology appropriately in documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures and relevant laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client matters.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Certification from a recognized paralegal association is a plus (e.g., NALA, NFPA).
- 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (experience in litigation required).
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal documentation, and court filing procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
