Nicolas focuses his practice on high-stakes litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stuart Kyle Duncan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He subsequently practiced at a leading national law firm, representing sophisticated clients in complex disputes.
Nicolas earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School after receiving his undergraduate degree from Princeton University. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also worked as a student prosecutor in Massachusetts state court, where he successfully tried a criminal case to verdict.
