In that capacity, he advised Members of Congress in connection with high-profile hearings, conducted examinations of senior government and private-sector officials, and prepared formal communications to federal agencies.
Joe earned his J.D., with a certificate from the Law and Technology Institute, from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America. He received his B.A. in Classics from Georgetown University.
