Brendan Donoghue is an Associate at Torridon Law, where he leverages a distinguished background to serve clients facing intricate legal disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In this role, he analyzed complex legal frameworks and assisted in drafting judicial opinions and bench memoranda across diverse areas of law, with a particular emphasis on administrative and constitutional matters.
Brendan graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he was a member of the George Mason Law Review and Moot Court Board. His foundational experience includes serving as a student law clerk for both Torridon and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. He holds a B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Villanova University.
