Bonnie Jarrett has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation, including securities litigation, shareholder and derivative actions, breach of contract claims, and insurance matters. She has also advised clients in sensitive internal investigations and government investigations.
Prior to joining Torridon Law, Bonnie gained significant experience at an international law firm, representing companies, boards of directors, board committees and individuals in investigations and in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Bonnie received her J.D. from New York University School of Law. She is admitted in New York, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
